Thank you for shopping at Definite Glam! We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us online, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be accepted for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sale-able, unworn and undamaged in its original packaging with a valid dispatch note (we recommend that you use 2nd Class recorded delivery and keep your proof of cost postage).
Please make sure you quote your invoice number which can be found at the top right hand corner of the invoice. The invoice will either be inside the box or sealed in a plastic documents enclosed wallet and stuck to the outside of the box or packaging.
You’ll receive an email to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 days of returning your items via a tracked service please contact us.
You may return your item by post at your own cost.
